Offering Deals

We offer two products – Open Source Capital Market and Open Source Capital Exchange.

Open Source Capital Market is an electronic deal matching marketplace for debt and equity capital, connecting business owners and investors with innovative compliance and regulatory integrations. Structured investments on our platform lead to success for all stakeholders.

We anticipate our Open Source Capital Exchange ATS for non-public companies and alternative securities to go live in 2024. This will provide an opportunity for women and minority-owned businesses to access equity and liquidity that is often difficult to acquire. All broker-dealer ATS are regulated by the SEC which requires filing of quarterly reports and yearly audits.

Our investors are equally comfortable making either control and non-control investments and are actively pursuing full buyouts, MBOs, recapitalizations and growth equity investments meeting the following criteria:

Note: Non-publicly traded securities are deemed high risk and are only suitable for certain type of accredited and institutional investors. Subscribers can request copies of our safeguard and procedures used to protect their confidential trading information.
